I'm a registered WABBA fitness instructor, experienced in taking mixed-level classes and personal training sessions
I'm also a CITP qualified trainer in a business setting which means that I know how to set targets for clients and how to best help them achieve and exceed those
I'm a jack-of-all-trades when it comes to sport (marathon/half-marathon running, cycling, football, squash, tennis, skiing) and firmly believe that there are too many sports and too little time!
I am very much a people person who likes to have a laugh and I definitely enjoy injecting fun into classes
Enjoying life means finding a balance between work, exercising and socialising. I enjoy a large glass of wine/pint/spaghetti bolognaise/tarte au chocolat as much as the next person!
I've been overweight and I've been unfit. I know how hard it can be to find the motivation to 'get out there'. This is what is so good about perfitness - it's not just about exercising - it's about meeting like-minded people who will support and encourage you, who will make you laugh when you think you can't do one more sit-up, will push you up the hill one more time, will tell you that it can be done.
