We offer fitness and well-being sessions for mums of all ages, shapes and sizes, whether you are a new or experienced mum.
Our outdoor circuits work all body parts, with a view to toning and shaping every muscle group. A big emphasis is placed upon building core strength with a variety of stomach, back and leg exercises that will have you buying a new wardrobe in no time!
Yes, it's outside and sometimes in the rain, however you will really benefit from the wholesome fresh air and camaraderie. Oh, and the hills:-)
You work at your own pace and level of ability. Your instructor will provide all the encouragement and advice you will need.

Saturday 9.30am until 10.30am @ Queens Park, Shawlands, Glasgow
The meeting point is at the car park in Goals 5-aside pitches, just off of Kilmarnock Road.
Classes cost £5, with the option of signing up monthly (no annual commitment) if you are feeling a bit hardcore...we dare you!
