We offer a straightforward approach to fitness instruction in a supportive and welcoming atmosphere.
Most of our circuits classes take place outdoors in Glasgow's beautiful sunny parks (mostly sunny of course, this is Scotland after all) where a full-body workout will consist of various toning, shaping, stamina-building, bottom-shaping, stomach-trimming exercises.
We cater for people who have not exercised for a long time and aren't quite sure where to start, right through to those who have a high level of fitness and wish to maintain and/or improve upon it.
With our encouragement and your determination and commitment, you can:
change your body shape
lose weight
achieve a sustainable level of fitness
consume a bar of chocolate without the fear of weight explosion
And, if you're training for something special such as a 5k, 10k, marathon, triathlon, mountain trek, pub crawl......let your instructor know and we'll do our best to accommodate your specific requirements.
