Vikki is a phenomenal trainer; she uses fun exercises and pushes you as far as you want to go with her laid back and motivational
personality/style of training. My fitness levels have improved dramatically since Vikki started training me and I have achieved more than I ever thought I would be capable of. The results speak for themselves - the only problem is that I now have to buy a new wardrobe.

Vikki is everything you are looking for in a trainer - she's really knows her stuff, she really motivates you to push yourself to do that extra press up or sprint and she makes the sessions great fun with her chat!  I've never stuck to a 'fitness class' before the way I have stuck to this - for the first time, it's easy getting out of the door to a session and, for some reason, afterwards I feel more energetic than I did before even although I know I've burned a squillion calories, pumped my lungs and got myself a very healthy dose of fresh air.  I can't recommend Vikki and Perfitness enough!
